The phase-one storefront
This site does not include user accounts, a customer database, an on-site payment form, or an installed analytics provider. Optional checkout-click hooks are available for a future integration; no analytics service is connected to them. Hosting services may process technical request information, and their practices must be confirmed by the owner.
Checkout and digital delivery
When configured, purchase links will send you to Gumroad, where checkout and delivery are intended to take place. Information you provide there is governed by Gumroad’s applicable policies. The owner must confirm what customer information is accessible to Brazen Brains and how it is handled.
Contacting the publisher
If you contact the publisher by email once an address is configured, your message and the details you choose to share will be received through that email service. The owner must confirm the provider, use of messages, retention period and any sharing before this policy is final.
Fonts and external services
The current site requests typography from Google Fonts. Those requests may disclose technical information such as an IP address to the service. The owner should review external-service disclosures and decide whether to self-host fonts before launch.
Items requiring owner confirmation
Confirm the responsible business or individual, contact address, applicable jurisdiction, privacy rights and request process, hosting logs, third-party providers, retention, international transfers and any cookie or consent requirements. No retention period, lawful basis or jurisdiction has been invented here.
